About the City Host Service

Our service is designed to make your Antwerp trip seamless and enjoyable! It includes private
airport transfers to and from your accommodation, a comfortable stay at a handpicked hotel in
Antwerp, daily breakfast, and a guided city tour of the highlights. You can also choose from a range
of optional tours to personalize your experience.

Having a City Host means you can relax and enjoy your trip without the stress of planning. We
handle all logistics — transfers, accommodation, and sightseeing — while offering insider tips and
support throughout your stay.

Your City Host provides personal assistance, tailored recommendations, and expert local
knowledge, ensuring your visit is smooth and memorable.

Booking and Packages

You can select one of our three packages directly on the Packages page. The main difference between packages is the type of hotel included.

Yes! Package options include:
Essential Antwerp – Standard 4-star hotel in the Old Town
Signature Antwerp – 4-star luxury boutique hotel in the Old Town
Elite Antwerp – 5-star superior hotel in Antwerp city centre

Currently, we offer 2- or 3-night stays. Longer stays can be arranged upon request.

Breakfast is included daily. Other meals are not included but your City Host can recommend great dining options.

Airport Transfers

We primarily offer transfers to and from Brussels Airport (BRU). If you’re arriving at another
airport, please let us know — we’ll assist with alternative options.

Your package includes a private transfer with a friendly driver who will meet you at arrivals with a sign displaying your name.
We monitor flight schedules. Your driver will be informed and wait for you upon arrival.

Accommodation

We work with a handpicked selection of reputable, comfortable hotels in Antwerp, chosen for location, quality, and service.
Yes! Breakfast is included each morning of your stay.

Yes, please inform us at the time of booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Tours and Activities

Yes. Every package includes a guided walking tour of Antwerp’s highlights.
You’ll explore landmarks, charming neighborhoods, and cultural highlights guided by a local expert. Routes may vary.
Yes, your City Host can suggest additional areas or experiences based on your interests.
Optional tours include museum visits, culinary experiences, and day trips to nearby cities. Your City Host can advise and assist.
Booking in advance is recommended, especially during peak season, though last-minute arrangements are often possible.

Your City Host

Your City Host is available daily at your hotel in the morning and afternoon to answer questions and provide support.

Upon arrival, you’ll receive a Welcome Letter with the host’s availability and phone number.

Personalized suggestions for dining, attractions, cultural experiences, and more — tailored to your preferences.
Absolutely! Your City Host will curate suggestions based on your interests.

Special Requests and Accessibility

Yes. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can ensure your comfort.

Your City Host is available to assist with any special needs or requests during your stay.

Flight Cancellation Disclaimer

Please note that flight cancellations made by airlines are not automatically covered under cancellation insurance. Airlines handle rebooking, refunds, or compensation per EU Regulation 261/2004 (or other applicable laws).
If your flight is cancelled:
Contact the airline directly.
Notify us if other travel arrangements are affected — we’ll help coordinate adjustments.
Non-refundable arrangements (hotel, tours) may be claimed via your insurance if covered.

Payment Terms

Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking for all packages.
By paying in full, you confirm your acceptance of all cancellation conditions outlined below.
Failure to pay may result in automatic cancellation.
Cancellation conditions differ for last-minute bookings (less than 7 days before arrival — see below).

Cancellation Conditions

More than 30 days before travel: Full refund minus any non-refundable fees
15–29 days before travel: 50% refund
14 days or less: No refund (100% cancellation fee)

Yes, if made within policy rules for standard bookings. Last-minute bookings cannot be modified.

All services are refundable within the free cancellation window. After this period, partial refunds may apply depending on supplier policies.

A no-show is treated as a full cancellation — no refund is issued.

Notify us immediately. If you have cancellation insurance, you may claim reimbursement for non-refundable costs.

We do not provide it directly. We strongly recommend travelers purchase their own cancellation insurance.

General Terms & Conditions for Travel Packages

Applicable to all Antwerp City Host bookings.

1. Booking and Confirmation

Booking valid after completed request and full payment
Traveler confirms accuracy of information and authorization for all guests
Booking confirmation and travel documents provided electronically

2. Payment Terms

100% payment required upon booking
By paying in full, you acknowledge acceptance of all cancellation conditions
Late or missing payments may result in automatic cancellation

3. Prices and Inclusions

Prices include services stated in booking confirmation. Subject to change due to taxes, exchange rates, supplier costs

4. Changes by Traveler

Requests for date/name/hotel changes must be submitted in writing
Subject to availability; major changes may be treated as cancellation
Last-minute bookings (less than 7 days) cannot be changed

5. Cancellation by Traveler

Standard bookings: follow FAQ policy above
Last-minute bookings (less than 7 days): non-refundable
Insurance strongly recommended

6. Cancellation or Modifications by Company

Company may cancel due to extraordinary circumstances
Options: refund or reschedule

7. Travel Insurance

Not included in package
Strongly recommended to have your own

8. Traveler Responsibilities

Valid documents, visas, compliance with laws
